HRRA Administrator

Responsibilities include: monitoring the HRRA email accounts, maintaining social media accounts, creating invoices for rentals, arranging hotels and other details for regattas. Also, attending Board meetings and Program Committee meetings in order to plan, implement and coordinate details. Other activities include monitoring US membership statuses and Safe Sport compliance, using Constant Contact and Regatta Central for managing programs and other communications. Other activities include supporting administrative needs for regattas and pop-up rowing-wear stores.

The role of the Administrator is to be the face of our organization to the community, responding to inquiries from rowers, parents, or external interests. Patience, decorum and attention to detail are key to success in this role. This position reports to the HRRA Executive Committee and Head Coach.

Approx. 15 hours a week (less in off season/more during rowing season)
